Website

Our MedInfo website is guided by the four principles of accessibility outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guide (WCAG) 2.1. These are: perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Virtual content access

MedInfo 2023 is a face-to-face event. All content from the plenary and concurrent sessions will be made available on online our Digital Health TV channel immediately after the event.

International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney

Wheelchair access

Accessible toilets, ramps and spacious passenger lifts are available throughout the ICC venue. Lowered or angled counters are located at key retail and customer service points. Parenting rooms

ICC Sydney has wheelchair accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area.

Vision impairment

Braille is provided on room door signage and fixed directional signage throughout the venue.

Assisted hearing

Induction loop hearing augmentation systems are in place in the Grand Ballroom and Grand Ballroom Foyer. Infra-red emitted hearing augmentation systems are in place in all meeting rooms and theatres. Complimentary hearing augmentation devices (hearing loops) are available to guests at the ICC Customer Service desks located in the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and Aware Super Theatre.

Service animals/guide dogs

Accredited service animals are welcome inside the venue. Identification badge or medallions must be displayed on the service animal at all times.
